It's an interesting design, but the configuration is too similar to the A-Wing's. Is it meant to be an F-20 Tigershark to the A-Wing's F-16 Fighting Falcon, i.e., an alternative that's cheaper to buy and operate, due to extensive use of components from a design already in service (X-Wing)?

Yeah the main idea behind this one was to make a rather cheap fighter with features relatively similar to the X-Wing (astromech, powerful cannons etc.)

Great job on the renderings. Though I have to admit, I don't know if its the motion blur or what, but it has a Battlestar Galactica feel to this newest photo.

Thanks :) I think there are a few causes of that - the motion blur on the stars, film grain, rusty colors and lens flares :) I can't deny the influence of new BSG on my works.
