To start this is quite an excellent design. The ships almost comes right out of the page and into the real world (or the fictional world of Star Wars). The detail on the hull plating and the red paint of the Old Republic bring out the elegant design. The star filled background also adds to the idea that this was born to be a space corvette. It is quite incredible how this ship came out to be after such time of work. The shading is also flawless, showing the ships true 3 Dimensionality. However the small smears of red from the exhaust that don't seem to belong grabbed my attention. Also a small blur of purple in the red paint is also a minor distraction. However despite these minor interferences this ship truly is one of a kind in both design and how it was brought to life.

She's a fine ship worthy of being run by a fine Captain and crew. I couldn't call this a "critique" so much. The Corvette is simply perfect. I love the lines, the shadows.

Most importantly, I love the style, I love that it fits with the familiar ship designs of the Clone Wars Republic fleet.

There's a respect to be given here as well. Whenever I've watched a Clone Wars battle, I get to see Destroyers, Capital ships, battleships. Not a lot of time or thought to the bulk of smaller ship classes that make up a fleet

Well done

Huh, while the design is definetly from Star Wars the lighting and composition could only fit within the Mass Effect art style. In fact - replacing the Empire's logo with a Cerberus logo and you'll have it :P

I guess that's the style :) I try to make stuff a bit more Star Wars-ish now, or at least more cinematic in looks.

I think adding another turret to the forward wing would be nice, while at the same time removing two from the back wing and relocating the remaining one in a more centered position. Those turrets in the back wing are too close and a shot might disable the whole battery.
By the way, the guns are laser (light, point-defence) cannons, or light turbolaser (capital-grade anti-shipping) weapons?
The ship reminds me of the Imperial Customs Light Frigate. What's its length?

Hey! Would you mind if I used this for a Fanon Wikia thing I'm doing? I'm basically recreating the Sith Empire and Galactic Republic and am scouring DA for good pics to use. I'll credit you in the description.

I'm not sure about its docking bays, but if it had them, it would easily fit that number. It is not a small ship (as seen by the bridge windows on the front inset) so it's surely of enough size.
