Man, I really wish Alfred Wong would kit this thing . . . he made it for the Starship Modeler TIE Fighter challenge, and it just looks so cool (obviously :iconkrulos: agrees ;) ).

Really nice render here!

Yeah it's one of the more original and cool TIE Fighters out there and I'm sure it would be popular among collectors and modelers.

The general idea is that in addition to the conventional capabilities of a TIE fighter, it has vector momentum assisted by rocket, why is that it has a marked side impulses in the image back and forth, in the model also are marked, just the back one, Of course i am not engineer, but i looks logical or possible to me... that maybe could work to enhance evasive maneuvers against enemy fire, :)

It looks awesome. But what about speed and maneuverability

Glad to hear that you like it :) I don't quite understand the part about speed and maneuverability though.

Now this is one of the best of your renders so far. I can't say the best, because of the already noted lasers, but other than that? Perfect! :)

Nice use of the models. Only one small nitpick and that is that the Tie looks quite big in comparison to the rebel capital ship. Perhaps scale the rebel ship up or try something with the laserbeams so that they become smaller when nearing the ship

Yeah I guess the lasers don't look perfect. Models are scaled correctly but there's a crazy camera FOV applied. Lasers were made in Photoshop so that's the reason for their scaling.
